Q: I am looking for a specific item, but I do not see it in your inventory. Can you find it for me?

A: Yes! Just email us a photo or description of what you are looking for. If it is an item we are interested in adding to our inventory, there is no charge for your custom search (other than the regular rental fee).

Do you have order minimums?

A: Yes. There is a minimum order amount of $500.00 on rental orders that require delivery to a venue between 0 and 30 miles of Greenville, SC.

A: There is a minimum order amount of $1000.00 on rental orders that require delivery to a venue between 30 and 60 miles of Greenville.

Q: What is your delivery fee?

A: Delivery to venues in Greenville ranges from $75-$150, and delivery to venues greater than 25 miles away from Greenville is calculated at $2/mile roundtrip. 

Q: I would like delivery to a venue greater than 60 miles from Greenville. Do you do that?

A: Because delivery is somewhat complicated (and expensive!), we concentrate especially on serving upstate South Carolina and western North Carolina. We would, of course, deliver to another area, but higher order minimums and additional travel expenses would apply.

Q: I only want to rent a few items. Can I pick them up myself?

A: You may pick up and transport small props, but upholstered furniture, tables and chairs require delivery. On a case by case basis, orders may require an additional security deposit.
